Good variation in DPS. Not sure how your guild is on Shamans right now but they're an underplayed class, and after getting decent gear for Enh, the 5.3 buff will bring good mdps

Clearly you have a little ways to go before you are raid ready. With that said would Like to get you in guild so we can track your progress toward getting raid ready. We will discuss what "Raid Ready" is once your in guild.
